Radish - Watermelon

How can I rate something I have not planted yet? I just ordered these seeds.

1st time growing these. Every seed I planted grew! They are strong flavorful and amazing in salads. They did so well they lasted through the winter. To my surprise I picked a few watermelon radish and beets this week, from last year. Still perfect and tasty.

I love watermelon radishes. They are mild tasting, beautiful, and can be left in the ground until very large without loss of quality. I leave them in the ground for months, picking one or two as needed and they store perfectly that way. I garden in central Florida and they do well in all seasons.

I planted them with other variety that when well. They where long, slim, small and not that tasty.

Was so excited to see these; ordered 2 packs. Planted with 6+ other varieties each in their own labeled rows. Radishes are coming up like crazy EXCEPT for the watermelon radishes.
