      Cucamelons and West Indian Burr Gherkins are two different plants/species. The pictures are of the West Indian Burr Gerkin. Another reviewer is correct, that cucamelons resemble tiny watermelons and have smooth skin. The leaves of these plants are also very different. This listing makes me untrustwo...

      Not what I expected

      Grew cucamelon that I bought from the box store last year and it looked more like a baby watermelon with a bitter cucumber taste... I have a prickly looking baby cucumber that I'm afraid to eat. Lol... definitely not the fruit I expected--thought the pic on here was wrong since they looked different...
